Hi everyone, my name is Zach Hendrix and I am the current Catering Co-Chair for Dance Marathon.

When I interviewed to take this position, I realised that one of the complaints of last year was the food in both quantity and quality. Karla Rhoads, my senior and co-chair, have addressed this issue many times and have taken some very proactive steps to get the issue from last year removed from memory, and to make sure that the food and beverage this year is not a problem.

We certainly hope that you continue to look up on DM and get interested, this event is not only a ton of fun, but a great and worthy cause. It is UT'S largest Philanthropic Event and is an amazing experience, whether you are a dancer or helping organize it.

The new website has a number of great new features you can utilize to stay connected.

• As always, the sidebar on the left allows you to start registering intantly.
  
• A calendar has been added, showing the dates of events that are supporting Dance Marathon.  If you want to know whats coming up, check out the calendar and get involved.
• The exec contact list has been revamped.  Now you can view their profile as well as get their contact information.
• Everyone can get a login.  What can a login to for you?  It will allow you to post on our forums, and recieve emails from our administrators with new important information about Dance Marathon.
• New Forum.  Our new forum allows everyone who has registered with the website to post.  One login on the Homepage keeps you logged into the forum for convienience.
• Current Standings Board - As each organization raises money and registers people, you will be able to see who has raised the most and who has the most registered members.  Now you know who you need to catch up with.
